In 2013 Wisconsin created the Fast Forward Program that provides grant money to employers to train skilled workers. On March 3, 2014 the program opened a second round of grant applications. If you have a business that needs to train employees to meet your specific needs you should look into the program. It is designed to provide assistance to companies whose employees cannot receive the needed training through other sources. If you have a niche business with some really unique systems, technology, equipment this program could be for you.
